| Summary | Rabbi Morgenstern today spoke about the concept of retaining inspiration, quoting Reb Yerucham zt"l regarding the Yidden's downward spiral only a mere 6 weeks post Kabbolas Hatorah. How we must not poke fun following a Shiur or Tefillah as this causes a total loss of any chizuk that we may have gained previously. We must always thank Hashem for what we do have, rather than bemoan what we "think" we are lacking. A touching story followed, regarding a beautiful Kiddush Hashem on the baseball field, causing a Yid to become frum! General chizuk was also given, including how we should strive for Ruchnius growth - rather than always seeking to purchase the latest "must-have" gadget! |
